In most cases glasses are repaired within one working day of acceptance and posted back to you by Royal Mail at no extra cost. Our repair prices start from £15. We will always contact you with a final price before carrying out any work.

Package your glasses along with your name, address, phone number. (Please enclose a copy of your most recent prescription if you need new lenses)

You can use our printable on-line order form to make sure we have all the information needed to complete and return your glasses.

Step 2

Send your glasses with your order details to: Spec-Tech, 35 South Street. Exeter. EX1 1ED. We will examine your glasses thoroughly and contact you with your quotation. Once we know you are happy to go ahead we will begin your repair.

Step 3

Sit back and relax. Your glasses are in good hands and will be with you very soon. For most repairs we will dispatch within 24 hours of starting work on your glasses.
